Pueblo Community Health Center offers Low-Cost Sports Physicals
 
Pueblo Community Health Center (PCHC) is offering affordable sports physicals for middle and high school athletes for the 2026-2027 school year.
 
Pop-up clinics will be held this year at the locations below:
• Liberty Point International School – July 14
• Skyview Middle School – July 15
• Pueblo West High School – July 20-21
• Rye High School – July 23
 
Appointments are also available at the PCHC School-Based Wellness Centers at Central and Pueblo County High Schools, as well as PCC Student Health Center from July 27 – August 10. Call (719) 543-8718 x700 to schedule.
 
The cost for physicals at all locations is $10. Insurance can be billed if it has been at least one year since your last well child check. Please call to make your appointment today.
