Black Hills Energy Lowers Electric Rate Request to Lessen Customer Impact PUEBLO, Colo. – November 8, 2024 – Black Hills Energy today announced an updated rate review filing with the Colorado Public Utilities Commission (PUC) which reduces its request by 32% compared to its original request filed with the PUC in June.
