About Us

Parker Personal Care Homes (PPCH) is a well-established Colorado-based service agency dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Founded in 1995, the organization operates as a Program-Approved Service Agency (PASA), focusing on person-centered care and helping individuals make informed, healthy choices about their lives. Their mission is rooted in compassion, independence, and long-term community support.

PPCH offers a wide range of services designed to support individuals across different stages of life. These include residential programs such as host homes and independent living, vocational and employment services, behavioral and psychological support, foster and kinship care, and nursing services. They also provide community-based programs that encourage social engagement and skill development, along with clinical services like therapy, counseling, and specialized behavioral support.

Serving communities throughout the Colorado Front Range, PPCH operates multiple locations and partners with local organizations, counties, and employers to provide comprehensive care. Their programs are designed to promote independence, community integration, and long-term stability for clients while offering support to families and caregivers. With decades of experience and a strong community focus, PPCH continues to play an important role in Colorado’s human services network.
