About Us
La Bella Union is a dynamic outdoor food hall located in Pueblo’s thriving downtown historic district. Powered by four creative food truck concepts, La Bella Union provides a variety of food and beverage options you won’t find in any other permanent outdoor restaurants. Our venue is also second to none, with a spectacular patio protected from the sun and covered in specialty turf to help you stay cool as you dine at our community picnic tables. Art and color abound at La Bella Union, thanks to our gorgeous mural, bright and friendly food trucks and, of course, all the scenic beauty our downtown district has to offer.
We love our community and everything it has to offer. Pueblo is our home and we are honored to do our part to bring new dining and socializing opportunities to our community. Our outdoor food hall venue is locally owned and operated, with a focus on fostering community. We want to be the place the locals go and the visitors love to discover. We are fiercely proud to be a part of Pueblo’s incredible and diverse community and we aim to prove that with every guest who passes through our gates.
Operating an all-outdoor venue presents several challenges when it comes to providing food and beverages. We wanted to provide our customers with a unique food hall experience that combines the variety of dining options they crave with the al fresco experience they love. That’s where the idea for utilizing food trucks was born. What better way to provide diners with access to multiple styles of food and drink than miniature mobile kitchens designed to function anywhere you park them? We have since adopted four fabulous food trucks into the La Bella Union family, each serving up their own special fare on the daily.
