Are you someone who loves connecting with people and has a passion for spirituality, crystals, and holistic wellness? We’re looking for a warm, friendly, and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team!
In this role, you’ll be the smiling face that welcomes our customers and helps guide them on their shopping (and sometimes spiritual) journey. If you enjoy meaningful conversations, sharing knowledge, and making someone’s day a little brighter, you’ll feel right at home here.
- Greeting each customer with kindness and positive energy
- Helping customers find what they need—whether it's a specific crystal, a meaningful gift, or spiritual guidance
- Answering questions about our products and services with confidence and care
- Handling transactions with accuracy at the cash register
- Keeping the shop clean, organized, and stocked with beautiful items
- Working together with your teammates to create a peaceful, supportive environment
- Offering support and respect to people from all spiritual backgrounds
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience
- Comfortable using computers and cash registers
- Able to work flexible hours, especially weekends
- Friendly, approachable, and attentive to detail
- Good with basic math and handling transactions
- Genuinely enjoys helping others
- Open-minded, with a basic understanding of crystals, holistic healing, or various belief systems (a plus!)
