What You’ll Do:

Generate new business through referrals, networking, and outreach

Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, and Business Insurance policies

Build strong relationships with new and existing clients

Provide excellent customer service and policy guidance

Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships
-
Help clients identify the right coverage to protect their families and assets
What We’re Looking For:

Insurance license preferred (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health)

Strong communication and customer service skills
-
Sales experience is a plus
-
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
-
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable using computers and agency systems
