The Dulcinea Garcia Agency is seeking motivated, goal-oriented Insurance Producers to join our growing team. A Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License is preferred, but we are willing to discuss opportunities with the right candidate.
We are looking for self-driven individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by performance-based earnings. This position focuses on developing new business, building client relationships, identifying coverage needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and develop new business opportunities
- Sell and service Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance products
- Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up on leads and referrals
- Meet and exceed sales goals and performance expectations
- Provide outstanding customer service and policy support
Qualifications:
- P&C Insurance License preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Commission-driven and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
