The City of Pueblo is seeking its next Director of Human Resources! This key leadership position oversees all human resources functions for the City, supporting approximately 800 full-time employees, three bargaining units, and numerous seasonal, temporary, and part-time staff. The Director partners closely with the Mayor and department directors on policy matters, employee relations, and collective bargaining negotiations. This role also supervises HR staff responsible for training and development, retirement, health benefits, and works collaboratively with the City’s legal team to ensure compliance with all applicable laws. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the community while leading a dynamic department.

This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and an annual salary range of $132,801.36–$162,327.60.
