Float Lead Member Service Representative – Pay Range $22 – $30 per Hour
Minnequa Works is seeking to hire a Lead Member Service Representative (Lead MSR) as part of the Operations team. This role is not tied to any specific branch and support teams when and where needed. The position reports to the Chief Operations Officer and the Vice-President of Branch Operation and is responsible for providing positive leadership to the MSR team for front-facing operations in quality service, growth, and controls in alignment to strategic initiatives and vision for the Credit Union and to maintain an environment of positive and professional teamwork.
