4th Annual 40 Under 40 Nomination Form

The 40 Under 40 Emerging Leaders Award recognizes up and coming leaders in their chosen field. This award recognizes young professionals that show a strong commitment not only to their chosen field, but to the Pueblo County community.

Professionals 40 years of age or under, 30 days prior to the awards dinner, can be nominated. Nominees must be between the ages of 18 and 40. Nominators will need to provide a letter stating why the person they are nominating should be considered for this recognition. Nominees should be up and coming leaders in the local community in fields such as business, non-profit, government/politics, and advocacy work, etc. Nominations should include the following:

-Completed nominations must be submitted to the Latino Chamber of Commerce office by 5:00pm on May 1st, 2023. Nominations can be submitted in person to the Latino Chamber of Commerce office, electronically by email to office@pueblolatinochamber.com, or here through the Latino Chamber website. Excerpts from the nomination may be used for the presentation and media materials, if your nominee is selected to be honored.
-Nominees Current Resume (optional)
-1-3 detailed letters of support (400 words maximum in length) focusing on the nominee's areas of expertise and professional affiliations, accomplishments, leadership experience, community involvement through board/volunteer participation, and long-term goals.
-Letter from the nominator (400 words maximum in length) focusing on the nominee's areas of expertise and professional affiliations, accomplishments, leadership experience, community involvement through board/volunteer participation, and long-term goals.
-Support documentation in the form of newspaper articles and features in professional journals regarding other awards and recognitions in their field of work or study (optional).

Honorees will be announced by May 22nd, 2023. Each honoree will receive (1) one complimentary ticket to the 40 Under 40 Awards Dinner, which will held at the Pueblo Convention Center starting at 6:00pm.

Chosen honorees will be asked to provide a headshot and bio that will be featured in a printed dinner program.

Honorees will be featured in a presentation that will be shown at the event and published on social media platforms. Honorees will be given an award and be featured in a press release to recognize their accomplishment.

Guest tickets are $50 per person and available by calling 719-542-5513 or visiting our website at www.pueblolatinochamber.com. Corporate tables of 10 and sponsorship opportunities are also available.
