
The Latino Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Small Business Administration (SBA) and Colorado Small Business Development Center serving Southern Colorado, presents the Understanding the SBA: A Guide for Small Businesses Workshop.
The workshop will be hosted at the Latino Chamber office on Wednesday, July 22nd from 12:00pm - 1:00pm. And from 1:00pm – 3:00pm the SBA will host open office hours to provide one on one counseling sessions and answer any specific questions attendees may have. In case you cannot attend the workshop in person, there will also be a virtual option to join the workshop via Zoom. The Zoom link is listed below.

During the workshop the SBA will cover:
-Overview of the SBA and its mission
-How the SBA supports entrepreneurs and small business owners
-SBA loan programs, financing options, and access to capital
-Business counseling, mentoring, and technical assistance services
-Small business planning and startup resources
-Government contracting and procurement opportunities
-Certifications and programs for eligible businesses
