The Latino Chamber of Commerce has partnered with Atlas Firm to bring you the Succession Planning for Businesses Workshop! The workshop will be held on Thursday, April 24th from 12:00pm - 1:00pm at the Latino Chamber office. This is a great workshop for business professionals who currently own a business, may sell a business, or is inheriting a business soon.

During the workshop representatives from Atlas Firm will discuss the following:
-The ways a business owner could leave their business.
-The basics of a Buy-Sell Agreement and why you may need one.
-How much is your business worth and why is this important?
-Will you get enough money out of your business to comfortably retire? Find out why so many business owners regret the sale of their business within a few years.
-How to keep the family in the business, and the conflict out!
-Why are baby boomers having a hard time walking away from their business?
-Why you should engage a Lawyer, a CPA, and a financial planner at the first thought of Succession Planning.
