
ATTENTION business owners and professionals in the food industry
The Latino Chamber has partnered with A&R Trainings to bring you a special certification training that is exclusively in Spanish!

Orientation for the ServSafe Manager Training will kick off on Friday, October 3rd and the final training exam will be on Wednesday, November 5th.



If you are currently working in the food or hospitality industry and are looking to take that next step in your professional journey or if you are about to enter the food or hospitality industry, this training is for you! You'll learn about cooking temperatures, how to prevent foodborne illness, cross-contamination, allergens, and much more. Classes are presented online, and the exam will be in-person.
The training will consist of weekly learnings, for four weeks. Once the weekly learnings have concluded, there will be an exam and in order to pass the training you will need to achieve at least a 70% on the exam. The final exam as well as any in-person functions will be hosted at the Latino Chamber office. Stay tuned for additional information.
Este curso presentado en modalidad híbrida, le ayudará a obtener la certificación ServSafe Para Gerentes, una credencial reconocida en la
industria de los alimentos al pasar el examen nacional con un 70%. Aprenderá temperaturas de cocción, como prevenir enfermedades transmitidas por alimentos, la contaminación cruzada, alérgenos y mucho más. Las clases se presentan en línea y el examen será presencial.
