Taste of Mobile Pueblo
2026 Go Loco for Local Small Business Week
We would love to invite you to be part of Taste of Mobile Pueblo, a special event celebrating 2026 Go Loco for Local Small Business Week.
This event will showcase Pueblo’s amazing mobile food scene alongside live music, an Art Pop-Up Sale, and other fun community activities. We’re excited to bring the community together and will be promoting the event widely across multiple platforms to encourage a great turnout.
We are currently looking for 15–20 food trucks to join us for this celebration of local flavor.
There is no vendor fee to participate, and food trucks are welcome to serve their regular menu and set their own prices.
The only thing we ask is that each participating truck offers 35-50 Bite Sized Samples of a menu item of their choice to give attendees a taste of what makes your food special.
We’d love to have you join us in highlighting the incredible food and entrepreneurial spirit that makes Pueblo unique!
