For those eager to get back to socializing, the Pueblo Zoo is offering a new Summer Concert Series as a safe way to enjoy a rockin’ evening at the zoo. Grab some friends, a blanket or chair, and a place on the lawn for live music from Mark’s Midnight Carnival Show. Prior to the 5:15 pm start of the band, guests will have the opportunity to arrive as early as 4:00 pm to enjoy an evening stroll among some of the rarest animals on the planet. A cash bar will serve adult beverages and pre-ordered meal options are available upon ticket purchase. A percentage of every ticket sold will go to conservation and helping animals in the wild. The adult 21+ event will take place May 22, 2021 from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Band starts at 5:15 pm. Check-in is from 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm. Tickets are $20.00 for Non-Members | $15 for Members. Tickets available online at pueblozoo.org/music. To be safe, masks are required to enter the zoo, and visitors must use them in designated mask zones (indoors, at café and in close quarters.) About the Band: “If there’s a genre called “Colorado Rock”, Mark’s Midnight Carnival Show exemplifies it. It’s rock and roll with an indie feel that isn’t quite weepy; party rock without being vapid; high energy originals along with carefully curated covers that set a thoughtful mood.” http://www.marksmidnightcarnivalshow.com
