Nature & Wildlife Discover Center's Songs of Spring Piano Concert on the River Deck

Songs of Spring marks the return of music to the riverside - something that our community has missed for many years. We’ve strategically planned this event for springtime so that summer season flash floods will not be an issue like they were for past festivals or events. We’ve also set May 4th as our rain date, since Songs of Spring will of course still take place in the great outdoors, and there is still the chance for April showers.

TICKETS ON SALE NOW! We strongly encourage you to purchase your tickets online ahead of time. However, there may be some tickets available at the door.

The 2 - 5 pm program will include:

 BYOP: Bring Your Own Picnic!

 Bird walk guided by the Arkansas Valley Audubon Society

 Bird of prey meet & greets by the Nature & Wildlife Discovery Center

 Baby Birds 101: how & when to help a baby bird you find on the ground

 Musical concert with light classical works inspired by nature & birdsong. Featuring: Zahari Metchkov on the piano and Andrea Artley on the flute

Please Note:

- Our rain date is Sunday, May 4th. Tickets for this event are nonrefundable & nontransferable. If Sunday, April 27th, and Sunday, May 4th, are both rained out, we will gratefully accept your ticket payment as a donation towards our nonprofits.
- This event WILL be photographed.
- We will have a first-come, first-served ADA seating section.
- Children 3 & under are FREE!
