21st Annual Joe T. Ulibarri Tostada

This is no joke, the Latino Chamber Foundation is excited to host the 21st Annual Joe T. Ulibarri Tostada on Friday, October 30th 2026! This light-hearted event honors a local leader that is mildly insulted, amused, embarrassed, and generally highlighted by friends and acquaintances as they recall old stories, jokes, appearances, and miscues over the years.
 
This year’s honoree roastee is none other than the one and only Mike Cafasso. Mr. Cafasso will be "roasted" by friends, family, and other leaders while the audience gets a good laugh for a good cause. The roasters can and will be as funny as possible, no story or joke can go too far!

Mike Cafasso currently serves as the President at St. Mary-Corwin Hospital in Pueblo as well as St. Thomas More Hospital in Cañon City. Mike also serves as an elected member of the Board of Water Works of Pueblo. Orginally, a Massachusetts native, Mike relocated to Colorado to attend Colorado State University Pueblo (formerly known as the University of Southern Colorado). Mike has an extensive background in customer service programming and developing innovative practices. Mike and his wife, Becky, are the proud parents of three children and one grandson.
 
The roaster lineup includes: Dave Feamster, Yanera McCulley-Sedillo, Joe Cervi, Dan DeRose, and Gitana Cafasso. Each roaster will get a chance to roast Mike and then Mike himself will get a chance to redeem himself and rebuttal the roasters. The Emcee for the evening will be Sandy Gutierrez and the event invocation will be done by the honorable Joe T. Ulibarri.
 
Cocktail hour will begin at 6:00pm which will include complimentary appetizers, a guest cash bar, and an entertainment performance. The program and dinner will begin at 7:00pm and will last until 10:00pm. The attire for this year's event is business casual or hockey inspired. Come dressed to show your spirit.
