Elevating Leadership Development (ELD) advances the skills, knowledge, and network of leaders of color by providing access to leadership development and civic engagement opportunities. ELD members are defined as Colorado Springs and Pueblo community members identifying as Asian (includes Middle Eastern, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander), Black, Hispanic/Latino, and/or Native American. ELD members have a desire to be active in the community, seek continual leadership development, and support the ELD network by attending ELD meetings and events. There is no cost to participate and you become a member simply by attending meetings and events.
