ELD members are defined as Colorado Springs and Pueblo community members identifying as Asian (includes Middle Eastern\, Native Hawaiian\, and Pacific Islander)\, Black\, Hispanic/Latino\, and/or Native American. ELD members have a desire to be active in the community\, seek continual leadership development\, and support the ELD network by attending ELD meetings and events.
