Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager (FM) will have overall accountability for the operations, as outlined here, of the assigned property and will operate the center in accordance with Centennial policies and standards. The FMs primary goals are to maintain the center in a manner that provides safe functional spaces, while reducing negative environmental impacts and improving profitability, property aesthetics, life safety, and customer satisfaction.  The FM will have thorough understanding of mechanical systems,
