The Road to Readiness Business Program hosted by SBDC

 

The Road to Readiness Business Program is a 10-week strategic planning course by CDOT and industry experts to help small highway design and construction businesses become more competitive.

This training is hosted by Connect2DOT and the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Serving Southern Colorado. It will be virtual except for graduation, which will be hosted in Pueblo, CO in person and online.

What to Expect:

• What to Peer learning with a group of construction contractors in the highway design and construction industry
• One-on-one coaching from course facilitators and consultants
• 10 three-hour weekly meetings including small group exercises and expert guest speakers 
• Introduction to industry mentors and opportunities to connect with prime contractors, government agencies, and other resources
• Development of your business plan and strategy for the next 1-5 years
