\nOn Thursday\, October 22nd a special workshop will be hosted at \;the United Way of Southern Colorado Nonprofit LEAD Center.
501(c)(3) Deep Breaths: A Nonprofit Wellness Workshop is something they \;particularly excited about because they \;know how much heart\, energy\, and dedication go into the work we do in the nonprofit sector. Whether you are working in the sector\, serve on a board\, or volunteer for a nonprofit\, this workshop is for you.
\n\nUnited Way has partnered with Tammy and Aaron Aragon\, founders of Zestful Balance\, to create an opportunity for nonprofit professionals to slow down\, reconnect\, and have meaningful conversations about the challenges we face while doing work we care so deeply about.
\n\nThis is also their \;first wellness workshop of its kind\, and they are \;hoping it will help us shape future opportunities that better support the people behind the missions in our community.
